Throughout history, people from various backgrounds and ages have practiced numerous mudras, such as the Gyan Mudra and Surya Mudra, for their spiritual and physical advantages. Generations have witnessed the transformative power of these mudras, and their significance has been passed down through our ancestors. It is believed by yogis that there is a profound science and rationale behind these mudras, and mastering them can provide the ability to harmonize with the entire cosmos.

The term "mudra" refers to specific hand gestures commonly used during meditation, a practice deeply rooted in Hinduism and Buddhism. Mudras are regarded as the essence of all rituals and yogic exercises, offering substantial physical and metaphysical benefits.

Maintain an upright posture, or if needed, support your back against a wall. Keep your head still and gaze straight ahead. Close your eyes gently and minimize eyelid movements. Join the tip of your thumb with the tip of your index finger, forming a continuous circle while keeping the other fingers extended. Place your hands with palms facing upward on your knees. Clear your mind of all thoughts and focus solely on the sound of "OM." It's important to perform Gyan Mudra with both hands simultaneously. Concentrate on your breath, inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly without altering the pace of your breath. Gradually shift your attention to the third eye chakra.
